All sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Since most items are custom-made to order, we are unable to resell them. However, if I have made an error in your order, I will gladly accept a return and provide a corrected replacement.

I take great care to ensure that every product meets high-quality standards before it leaves my hands. While I strive for perfection, I am human and occasionally make mistakes. If an error occurs, I will do my best to make it right for you.
